  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship your order as fast as possible.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Orpa Bay is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address information entered by the customer.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier first.

  • If the courier cannot locate the package, email us and we will assist you.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will help you with a replacement or solution.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
